Come to the store this Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday to choose your little gift from the basket! It’s our way of showing appreciation for all you do for us!! This weekend is looking to be wonderful weather wise for some shopping. Send your husband to the boat show at the fairgrounds, and you head to Suzanna’s Antiques! Since the shop has been freshened, Susie thought the office needed some TLC too!
WOW! Every piece of jewelry has its own spot now and it looks amazing!
The office now feels and looks huge!
Come in and find that special piece just for you!
Some fun new items have come into the shop this week! A beautiful new baby’s room dresser with lambs graces one corner. It really is too pretty for words! A fun vanity with flying birds,
a GREAT table with 2 extra insert leaves and four beautiful white dining chairs have all joined the mix at the shop!
You have to come and see them for yourself! One of our consigners brought in a whole bucket of antique wooded rolling pins. You might need one if your husband brings home a boat from the boat show!! Hehehe! Since all the kids head back to tradition school this upcoming week, how about refreshing their bookshelves? We have lots of great children’s books at the store for nighttime reading. Start your son or daughter on the Hardy Boys or Nancy Drew series. Let them read about times without cell phones and IPods!! Or maybe you need some new recipes to try out now that everyone is home for dinner. We have lots of cookbooks to liven up your dinner table! On a special note, Sam who creates the wonderfully irreverent towels in the office called “Dirty Laundry” has created a special towel that all proceeds benefit breast cancer awareness. “Save the Tatas” towels are now available at SuzAnna’s. Great gift for someone battling breast cancer! So head to SuzAnna’s Antiques this weekend for your free gift and something to freshen up your living space! We look forward to seeing you! Joseph and Arleen's
Jeff and Julia even have this bumble bee dresser to pollinate all the roses!! hehehe!
While we were reinventing the shop and turning into puddles on the hottest days of this summer, we came across a lot of items that we just no longer had room for. Our cleaner look is your gain!! Come to the first ever Suzanna’s Antiques Yard Sale, going on now through Sunday! Everything we have in front of the entry fence is $20.00 or under!! And you guys are reaping the benefits!
With Susie’s eye for decorating and Linda’s talents of organization, things are looking amazing! Hopefully you will excuse our mess as we decorate!
Some of those benefits are present in the way we show you unusual ideas for decorating. How about hanging a crib spring on the wall to display family photos or your collection of vintage cook book pamphlets! Or using a dresser in the kitchen?
It is perfect for holding your linens, snacks for lunch boxes or even dishes near your dining table! You can also use a tray, spray painted with chalk board paint as a message memo board and we can provide the magnets!
With all the moving, we have located some new items for the $1.00 table, so it is all stocked for you! And we have relocated our linens to this great hanging area.
So easy to pick and chose the perfect apron or tablecloth! You must come and check it out! (Edited to say, this lovely lady sold first thing this morning!!)
A beautiful new bust will keep a watchful eye on things until you have a chance to get here! You can also peruse our newly organized library area! Kids books, cookbooks and decorating books both new and vintage have been tucked and stacked into great book cases to make it easier for you to find what you never knew you needed! So avoid the tax free weekend crowds at Target and come see what’s new at SuzAnna’s Antiques! Then head to Oxford for their annual sidewalk sale! The Vintage Charm will have lots of goodies on sale, including select pieces of cottage painted furniture like desks and dressers for back to school! Saturday only, The Vintage Charm’s Tea Room will be serving free tea and treats in their tea room! Let Debbie know SuzAnna’s Antiques sent you!! Have a wonderful weekend and See you Soon at SuzAnna’s!! Susie, Jenny and the Girls!
