SuzAnna's Antiques Newsletter

Hope everyone has recovered from Thanksgiving
with your relatives!!
We had a wonderful day with family and friends and actually ate outside under the beautiful fall sky!
My sister outdid herself with a over 15 people at the house!
We hope yours was just as lovely!
Speaking of lovely! This twin bed came in over the weekend!
We shared a picture of it on our Facebook page,
and promptly sold the quilt, but the bed is still available as are those amazing pillows,
made from vintage Christmas tablecloths!
Lots of other items have made it into The Vintage Village
 and SuzAnna's Antiques over the last few days!
Sam's Country Porch has in some of the
MOST beautiful wreaths,
and kissing balls I have ever seen!
They won't last long with how pretty they are, so hurry in!
And while you are here getting things to pretty up your houses, don't forget about yourselves!
 These two vintage fur coats arrived and are perfect for that
 Christmas party you are going to next week!
Just the right amount of drama!
And don't think we forgot about the guys! They have to be pretty too, right??
Plus, when you buy that coat or tie, you can also get the appeitizer mix you need to bring!
Or any of a number of hostess gift ideas
we have throughout the shop!
SuzAnna's really is the perfect all around,
one stop holiday shop!
This weekend two of our friends are having
Holiday Open Houses
that we wanted to remind you about!
Antiques at Gresham Lake is having theirs on
 Saturday, December 3rd from 10 til 6 and Sunday, December 4th from 1 til 5!
And Thieves Market is also having theirs
Saturday, December 3rd 9:30-5:30 and Sunday, December 4th 12-5:30!
That's all the ones we know about, but if you hear of anything else let us know!!

SuzAnna' s Antiques Newsletter

Don't be sad if you missed our Holiday Open House!
So many friends stopped by that night we were
creating a traffic backup on Durant Road!
In honor of those of you who missed the Open House last week 
by American Express,
we are having Small Business Saturday at SuzAnna's Antiques!
Everything in the shop is 10% off on Saturday only! It is our way of thanking you,
our customers, for shopping small! Yes, the big box stores have their place!
They employ many people and have lots of items you cannot get elsewhere,
but small businesses are the lifeblood of the economy!
Every penny of money spent in our shop, STAYS in this area!
We will be open Wednesday 10am-2pm
Thursday-Closed
Friday-10am-5:30 pm
Saturday-10am-5:30 pm
Speaking of staying in the area, are you traveling for Thanksgiving?
If not, and you are getting your table ready for all your guests,
we have LOTS of items still available for you!

Glass ware!
You name it and we have it at SuzAnna's!
We are even carrying Wind & Willow dip and cheese ball mixes
to serve your guests!

SuzAnna's Antiques Open House Newsletter!

Wow oh wow oh wow!
If you have not been to the shop in the last 24 hours
you need to come NOW!
Okay, maybe during business hours would be better!
This tree TWIRLS!
 And you are in luck, since tomorrow night our hours are extended for our
Holiday Open House! 5:30 until....
The amount of new Christmas items that came in last night
and this morning is mind blowing! 
Just in time for our Holiday Open House Thursday night!
Santa has been hard at work at his desk, right here at SuzAnna's Antiques
 making lists of Naughty and Nice boys and girls!
The Naughty list contains the names of those
who are not coming Thursday night! hehehe!
Those on the Nice list will get a candy cane from Santa, where ever he pops up!
Every booth in  the shop has something wonderful to see!
Beautiful German Glass glittered letters and signs!
Ornaments hung from every bough!
Even some items that look pretty enough to be ornaments!
Every surface has been Christmasfied!
 
Or winterized!
 We cannot wait to see you all tomorrow night!
But we want to remind you of other Open Houses going on!
Great minds (and shops) must think alike since
The Resale Boutique and Marketplace is having their
Open House Thursday night as well!
So you have lots of options for fun!
Hunt and Gather on Whitaker Mill is having their
 Holiday Open House this weekend!

SuzAnna's Antiques Newsletter

What a wonderful week we are having! All thanks to you, our customers!
So many new items, like this mantel and this beautiful dresser, have come in.
The shop has been transformed and Christmas is popping up all over!
You guys are buying it as quick as we can put it out!
One tablecloth did not even make it out of the car!
A customer saw it while I was carrying it in and claimed it right then and there!
Some beautiful vintage Santa's came in today,
along with an amazing amount of Christmas books, cards and ornaments!
So many new things you will just be amazed!
We all at The Vintage Village can't wait for our Holiday Open House
next week on Thursday, November 17th from 5:30-until.....
If you have never joined us for one of our Holiday Parties, you are in for a treat!
There may even  be a visit by a certain someone!!
But speaking of Open Houses, there are a ton going on this weekend!
 Hope you don't have plans yet!
Elizabeth's Treasures in Wake Forest is not only having her
Holiday Open House this weekend, but is celebrating one year in business!
Congrats Miss Elizabeth! We love ya!
Old Magnolia Trading Post, also in Wake Forest,
is having their open house this weekend, Friday 10am til 9 pm and Saturday from 10-6 
where you can register for a $100.00 gift certificate!
Then in downtown Raleigh, The Handmade Market is on Saturday from 11-5,
and if you are one of the first in, you get a free tote!
On Sunday, from 2-5, you can find The Eclectic Furniture Garden,
 in Raleigh, having their Holiday Party!
And, Revival Antiques from 12 til 5 on Sunday,
is having their Holiday Open House!
SO head to alllllll these great events going on all over town this weekend,
then come to SuzAnna's Antiques to find what you can't live without!
And mark your calendars for Thursday of next week! You won't want to miss it!
Shopping, cookies, wine, even a vintage camper decorated for Christmas...
what more could you want from an Holiday Party?

SuzAnna's Antiques Newsletter

Hello Ya'll! What a beautiful week!
Cold in the mornings, warm and sunny in the afternoons!
Perfect weather for shopping at SuzAnna's Antiques.
 And this weekend you get a whole extra hour with
Daylight Savings Time!!
Don't forget to set your clocks!
We are being extra busy little elves around the shop,
getting ready for our Holiday Open House on the evening of November 17th!
Make sure to mark your calendars!
We're bringing in wonderful new pieces!
Decorating with some fabulous Christmas
and Holiday items!
And really just shining and polishing everything!!
While we are busy playing with all these goodies,
we are also finding out about other
Open Houses going on in the area.
So far, we know this weekend
"Remember When" in Oxford, NC
 is having their open house on
Friday, November 4 and Saturday, November 5,
from 10 am to 5 pm. Get your picture taken with
Leroy the Reindeer!
Also, "Now & Then" Classic Consignments would like to
invite you all to
 
The First Annual Daniel Boone Day
at The Shops at Daniel Boone in Hillsborough, NC
on Saturday, November 5th from 10am-5pm.
